NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 23 day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-067864, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH SEVERO A/K/A BETH SEVERO, THE VILLAGE AT WHISKEY CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 22 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT # J-103, THE VILLAGE AT WHISKEY CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1849, PAGE 4452, AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2065, PAGE 4179, AND ANY OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
