NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Modified Final Summary Judgment filed July 15, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2010-CA-052469, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE is Plaintiff, and JAMES SPARKS; ET. AL., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on September 21, 2011 on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO.1023, OF PINECREST III AT STONEY BROOK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE(S) 51, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3884, PAGE 644 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
