NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 16th day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-60511, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and Lowell J. Senitz, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A, SALLY C. SENITZ and UNKNOWNTENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 15th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 130, MEADOWBROOK OF BONITA SPRINGS, REPLAT OF TRACT C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63, PAGES 59 THROUGH 64, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBlIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
