Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 23 day of August, 2011, and entered in case No. 11-CC-002221 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BALI HAI CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and ATLANTIC COAST HOUSES, LLC is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22 day of September, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit A-5, of BALI HAI, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1780, Page 1211, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
