NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 18, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-058972, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee of the INDYMAC INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-AR15, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR15, under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated JULY 1, 2005, is Plaintiff and DINKO DIMITROV GADJEV A/K/A DINKO GADJEV; THE UNKONWN SPOUSE OF DINK DIMITROV GADJEV A/K/A DINKO GADJEV; #1 TENANT; #2 TENANT; #3 TENANT; #4 TENANT; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; CYPRESS LANDING ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A WINKLER 39; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 19th day of September, 2011 at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions at 9:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 205, WINKLER 39, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGES 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
