NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment entered in this cause on August 26, 2011, in Case No. 2011-CA-051671, in the Circuit Court, in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein TRIAD HOME IMPROVEMENT ACCEPTANCE, INC., are the Plaintiffs, and FIRST FAMILY FINANCE, INC.; and NOVASTAR MORTGAGE, INC., are the Defendants, I will sell, pursuant to the terms of said Summary Final Judgment, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at http://www.lee.realforeclose.com, on the 26 day of September, 2011, beginning at 9:00 a.m., the following described property located in LEE County, Florida, to-wit:
