NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 26, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2008-CA-014696 L of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and THOMAS L. ZAHARION; DIANE ZAHARION; BONITA BEACH CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC; COLONIAL BANK, N.A.; LIFESTYLE EXTERIOR PRODUCTS, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE N/K/A SUSAN HELLER AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 26 day of September, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. D-548, AND AN UNDIVIDED .5011 PERCENT OWNERSHIP INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS IN BONITA BEACH CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, DATED JULY 20, 1977, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1215, PAGES 95 THROUGH 149, INCLUSIVE AND RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1239, PAGES 437 THROUGH 492, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
