NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 26, 2011, and entered in 11-CA-050612 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R8, is a Plaintiff and ERNST H. CZADILEK, MARTHA K. CZADILEK, SUNTRUST BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants. Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on September 28, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 9, Block 23, Unit 5, Section 33, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 29, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
