NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 26, 2011 and entered in Case No. 36 3008 CA 018972 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWABS, INC.,ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATE, SERIES 2007-8 is the Plaintiff and EDUARDO RAYA; TENANT #1 N/K/A JUDITH DEMPSEY, and TENANT #2 N/K/A MANUEL GONZALEZ are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 28 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
