Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 26, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 6745, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF THE POLYNESIAN CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, SECTION ONE, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 973, PAGE 758, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1050 LAKE MCGREGOR DR # 6745, FORT MYERS, FL 33919; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on September 26, 2011.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
