NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Partial Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed the 23 day of August, 2011 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-058448 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein DR TURNER PROPERTY, LLC is the Plaintiff and the Defendants are JAMIE LUKES, UNKNOWN TENANT 1 A/K/A JEAN KINDWELL and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 A/K/A MARILYN KINDWELL, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M., on the 24 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment in Lee County, Florida:
LOT 16, BLOCK 83, LEHIGH ACRES, UNIT 9, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 281, PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
