NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 26, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-15696 (T) of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and DONALD NICHOLLS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONALD NICHOLLS, IF ANY; CHRISTOPHER FARRELL; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 28 day of September, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5 & 6, BLOCK 2631, UNIT 38, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 87 THROUGH 99, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
