NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 26, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-066597 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and JEFFREY NIEVES; LUANNA NIEVES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN #1000626-00471587907-0) AS NOMINEE FOR HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL, LLC, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 28 day of September, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 5, UNIT 1, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26 EAST, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
