Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 27th day of April 2009, in Civil Action No. 08-CA-050333, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff, and PAUL B. ROCHEFORD, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 26 day of September, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Unit D, BONITA SPRINGS VILLAGE GARDENS, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 441, page 434 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the slae, if any, toher than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
