NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-053899, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and FORREST H. NORTON; RHONDA L. ERKINTALO N/K/A RHONDA L. NORTON, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 23 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 20 AND 21, BLOCK 224, SAN CARLOS PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT 15, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 50, PAGES 509 THROUGH 512, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
