NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 26 day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-063240, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and KIRK HERSHEY III A/K/A KIRK HERSHEY, ROYAL GREENS AT GATEWAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KIRK HERSHEY III and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 28 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 912 BUILDING 09, OF ROYAL GREENS AT GATEWAY CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, THEREOF, AS RECORDED UNDER CLERK'S FILE NO. 200600154122 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCE THERETO, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE SAID CONDOMINIUM.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
