Notice is hereby given that on September 20, 2011at 9:00 a.m. at Hi-Tech Autoworks 3086 Fowler St, Fort Myers, FL 33901 the following vehicle will be sold for $4834.64 to satisfy labor services, repairs, and storage charges on: 2005 Honda VIN# 5J6YH28625L002025. Pursuant to F.S. #713.585 the cash amount of $4834.64 would be sufficient to redeem the vehicle from the lienor. Any interested party has a right to a hearing prior to the sale by filling a demand for the hearing with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Lee County and mailing copies of the same to all owners and lienors.
