LOT 39 OF PARADISE VILLAGE ON THE IMPERIAL RIVER, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE(S) 80 AND 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 27010 FLAMINGO DR, BONITA SPRINGS, FL 34135; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, on September 30, 2011 at 9:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
