NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 19, 2010 in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-053193, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and, FRANKLIN O. BABB a/k/a FRANKLIN BAAB; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANKLIN O. BABB a/k/a FRANKLIN BABB; GULF MANOR CONDOMINUM ASSOCIATION, INC. ; BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF FRANKLIN O. BAAB a/k/a FRANKLIN BABB; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell on 30 day of September, 2011 at 9:00 A.M. online at www.lee.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder for cash, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Apartment Number 2-C of Gulf Manor Condominium, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1112, Page 90, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
