NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reset Foreclosure sale filed August 26, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 36-2009-CA-064573 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit In And For Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 5 day of October, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 7, UNIT 1, SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 62, PUBLIC RECORDS LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
