NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-012945-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing L.P., Plaintiff and Dean E. Growe a/k/a Dean Growe are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 29, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 20, GROVE HEIGHTS ANNEX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
