NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 18, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-021799-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Alex Taylor and Melissa Taylor, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 28, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 7, CLEAR-VISTA, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
