NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 28, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-062326 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein National City Mortgage a Division of National City Bank Successor by Merger to National City Bank of Indiana is the Plaintiff and Jacqueline Dolphus and any Unknown Tenants are the Defendants, Charlie Green will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash conducted at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 30 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 19 & 20, BLOCK 3228, UNIT 66, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE(S) 2-26, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
