NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 23, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-014659 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Soundview Home Loan Trust 2007-OPT3, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-OPT3, Plaintiff and Patrick B. Garrison, Jr. a/k/a Patrick B. Garrison a/k/a Patrick Garrison and Pamela Sanders are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 24, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 27, AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 28, INTERURBAN PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
