NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
Notice is hereby given that on September 20, 2011at 9:00 a.m. at Rafael Auto Repair 15580 McGregor Blvd. # 3 Fort Myers, FL 33908the following vehicle will be sold for $1629.50 to satisfy labor services, repairs, and storage charges on: 1994 Honda VIN# 1HGCD7141RA002280. Pursuant to F.S. #713.585 the cash amount of $1629.50 would be sufficient to redeem the vehicle from the lienor. Any interested party has a right to a hearing prior to the sale by filling a demand for the hearing with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Lee County and mailing copies of the same to all owners and lienors. The owner has a right to recover possession of the vehicle by posting bond pursuant to F.S. #559.917 and if sold any proceeds remaining from the sale will be deposited with the Clerk of Circuit Court for disposition.
