NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 07002189CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAG LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC3 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and ADALBERTO TORRES, NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION; PARAMOUNT DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION, LLC; THE AVALON AT CLEARWATER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BEATRIZ HIGGS; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 19th day of September, 2011, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 715, THE AVALON AT CLEARWATER, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14267 PAGE 2605, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
