Condominium Unit 708, Yacht House, CLEARWATER POINT NO. 7 a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 4219, Page 1252, and amended by documents recorded in Official Record Book 4235, Page 97, Official Record Book 4236, Page 1394, Official Records Book 4498, Page 1138 as corrected in Official Records Book 4505, Page 559, also according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, Pages 3, 4 5 and 6, all as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 851 S. Bayway Boulevard, #708, Clearwater Beach, Florida, 33767.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 19, 2011.
