NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 23, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-012040 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, Successor by Merger to Union Planters Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Gary W. Clark and Betty A. Clark are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 7, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 2, PINE KNOLL, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 29, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
