THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN IS SITUATED IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, PINELLAS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
LOT 83, THE HAMMOCKS UNIT III, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 87, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 3rd day of October, 2011.
