NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to the Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 19, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-017635-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, KEN BURKE, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10 a.m. on September 21, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to-wit:
1005 13th Avenue NW, Largo, Florida 33770; legally described as “Lot 2 Block 30 HIGHLAND PARK, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 48, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida” bearing parcel number 28/29/15/38988/030/0020.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
