NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the final judgment of foreclosure entered on August 18, 2011 in Case No. 11-2000-CI-13 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, having the caption: Republic Bank (Plaintiff) v. C2FS-MACALPINE, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, a/k/a C2FS-MACAPLINE, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, GULF BLVD PARTNERS-ONE, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, ROBERT FLEETING, THOMAS O. HANSEN, UNKNOWN TENANTS, and all other parties in possession (Defendants). I, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell at public sale the following described real property:

The sale will be held on September 28, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with ยง45.031 Fla. Stat.
