That certain condominium parcel consisting of Unit 203, Building 3, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of Land's End at Sunset Beach 4, a Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 6190, Pages 2257 through 2361, and any amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 90, Pages 80 through 84, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to L Geoffrey Young, Esquire, or J. Martin Knaust, Esquire, Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the date of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
