NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Defendant's Motion to Compel Plaintiff to Proceed with Foreclosure Sale and Prohibiting Cancellation of Sale dated August 18, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 09-011575-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-AR3 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and SCOTT P. NOWAKOWSKI; DOROTHY J. WIDOMSKI; STERLING ON THE GULF OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on October 31, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
