AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-AR3 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and SCOTT P. NOWAKOWSKI; DOROTHY J. WIDOMSKI; STERLING ON THE GULF OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on October 31, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
