ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-9, is the Plaintiff and VILLAS AT COUNTRYSIDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; NANCY M. EDELSON; TENANT #1 N/K/A PATTY FOLDIE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on September 21, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 5, BUILDING 18, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF THE VILLAS AT COUNTRYSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE XII, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 1 THROUGH 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JUNE 5, 1980 IN O.R. BOOK 5031, PAGES 1311 THROUGH 1399, AS AMENDED TO ADD PHASE XII IN O.R. BOOK 5151, PAGE 1919, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE; ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
