Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment dated August 4, 2011, and entered into Civil Court Action 10-14295-CI-08 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Thomas P. O'Daniel and Dorothy M. O'Daniel, his wife, are the Plaintiffs and Adel H. Iskander, Trustee of the Adel H. Iskander Trust Agreement dated March 13, 1998, Cynthia M. Iskander, Trustee of the Cynthia M. Iskander Trust Agreement dated March 13, 1998, Adel Iskander, Cynthia M. Iskander, Pinellas County Tax Collector State of Florida, Niagra of Florida, Inc. dba Florida Chemical Laboratories, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10 a.m. on October 4, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the Order which is:
Lot 40, Block 3, SNELL ISEL SHORES, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 31, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
