NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated September 16, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2010-CA-005092, DIVISION: 021, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff, and ANGELIQUE M. OBSTACULO, CITY OF LARGO, FLORIDA AND VENETIA COUNTRY CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants.
Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 3rd day of October, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1405, BUILDING NO. 14, OF VENETIA COUNTRY CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM SHOWN IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14909, PAGE 1961, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 200 Country Club Dr Unit 1405, Largo, FL 33771.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of records as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
