NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated August 23, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-004061-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Soundview Home Loan Trust 2007-OPT1, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-OPT1, Plaintiff and Edward Thomas Lee a/k/a Edward T. Lee and Jean Marie Lee a/k/a Jean M. Lee, His Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on October 7, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 101, EDINA-GARDEN OF EDEN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE(S) 11, OF THE PUBLIC OF THE PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA.
