NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed August 25th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-004557XXCICI Sec. 019, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 is Plaintiff and SIMONE KARAKASH AKA SIMONE C. TOLLY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SIMONE C. KARAKASH; MICHAEL TOLLEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL TOLLEY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20 AND A PORTION OF LOT 21, BLOCK “A” SUN PLAZA ISLES SECTION THREE, ACCORDING TO A PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID PORTION OF LOTS 21 BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS; FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 21, BLOCK “A”, SUN PLAZA ISLES SECTION THREE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS A POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN BY A CURVE TO THE RIGHT, RADIUS 86.00 FEET, ARC 8.69 FEET, CHORD SOUTH 35° 06' 26” EAST, 8.69 FEET; THENCE NORTH 86° 11' 43” EAST 105.79 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 21, THENCE NORTH 89° 57' 21” WEST 110.56 FEET ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 21, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
