NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed August 25th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-6983-CI-021, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANKUNITED, FSB is Plaintiff and JAIME VELAZQUEZ, a single man, if living and if deceased, any unknown party who may claim as heir, devisee, grantee, assignee, lienor, creditor, trustee or other claimant, by through under or against JAIME VELAZQUEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAIME VELAZQUEZ; JOHN DOE; MARY DOE AND/OR ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; OLD HARBOR BANK, a Florida Corporation; WOODFIELD COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation; SYNOVUS BANK OF TAMPA BAY, a Florida Profit Corporation; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 82 OF LAKESHORE VILLAGE AT WOODFIELD, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGES 5-17 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
