Lot 89, WILDWOOD, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 30, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida LESS the East 17 feet thereof.
PARCEL 2:
Lots 85, 86, 87, and 88, WILDWOOD, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 30, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, LESS the East 17 feet of Lots 87 and 88 and LESS that part of Lot 87 described as follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 27, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, said corner being 2712.89 feet Westerly of the Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4, run thence North 1°31'12” East, 654.89 feet; thence South 89°59'22” West, 50.02 feet to a Point of Beginning, continue thence South 89°59'22” West 11 feet, thence South 33°28'34” East 19.17 feet; thence North 1°31'12” East, 16 feet to the Point of Beginning.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on HAMDEN H. BASKIN, III, ESQUIRE, the Petitioner's attorney, whose address is: 13577 Feather Sound Drive, Suite 550, Clearwater, Florida 33762, on or before October 3, 2011, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
