Notice Is Hereby Given Pursuant To A Final Summary Judgment Dated June 30, 2010, Entered In Civil Case No.: 2009 CA 001567, Division:J3, Of The Circuit Court Of The Sixth Judicial Circuit In And For Pasco County, Florida, Wherein: AURORA LOAN SERVICES LLC is Plaintiff and WILLIAM ROSHAN D. RAMPERSAD A/K/A ROSHAN RAMPERSAD; ET AL, are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on the 16th day of September, 2011 at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
