Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in BROWARD County, Florida, on the 16th day of March, 2006, in the cause wherein WESTPORT RECOVERY CORPORATION, was plaintiff and JOHN MICHAEL GUARISCO, was defendant, being case number CACE-05-008979 in said Court.
I, CHRIS NOCCO, as Sheriff of Pasco County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the defendant, JOHN MICHAEL GUARISCO in and to the following described property, to wit:
In the matter of an execution for money issued out of the Circuit Court, Broward County, Florida in the above-styled case, you are hereby instructed to levy upon the right, title and interest of defendant John Michael Guarisco, only, in the following described property.
SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY: LOT 588, BEACON WOODS VILLAGE SIX, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 124-126, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY FLORDA a/k/a 7518 CLANTON TRAIL, HUDSON, FLORIDA 34667-3064
I shall offer this property for sale “AS IS” on the 4th day of October, 2011, at WEST OPERATIONS BUILDING 7432 LITTLE RD, in the City of NEW PORT RICHEY, County of Pasco, State of Florida, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said defendant's, JOHN MICHAEL GUARISCO, right, title and interest in aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above described execution.
