NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 23, 2011, by the above entitled Court in the above styled cause, the undersigned Clerk of Court or any of his duly authorized deputies, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
Lot 36 less the North 26.26 feet thereof, and the North 40.18 feet of Lot 37, in MAR-MOCE SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 70, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash on September 27, 2011, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 A.M., subject to all ad valorem taxes and assessments for the real property described above.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
