NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated August 22, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-008512-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of September 1,2006, Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-C, Plaintiff and Mayra I. Borras a/k/a Mayra Borras and Jose Santos, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on September 27, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 120, CRESTVIEW HILLS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 124, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
