NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-002779ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-23CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-23CB, Plaintiff, and, ALZATE SR., MARCO TULIO, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 29th day of September, 2011, the following described property:
