NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 18, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 51-2009-CA-004955-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-39CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-39CB, is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN J. NYILAS; KRISTEN PHILLIPS NYILAS; COUNTRY WALK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNRYWIDE HOME LOAN SERVICING, LP; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on September 20, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
