NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 22, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 51-2008-CA-009462-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF CSMC MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFCATES, SERIES 2007-5, is the Plaintiff and MAMIE ASHBY; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAMIE ASHBY N/K/A GREGORY ASHBY N/K/A GREGORY ASHBY; TIERRA DEL SOL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A AKILAH ALLAN; TENANT #2 N/K/A GREG ASHBY are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on September 26, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
