NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 23, 2011, in Case No. 51-2010-CA-007735-ES, of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Prime Asset Fund III, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and Rodolfo E. Pirela, Ismaydi Pirela, Homecomings Financial Network, Inc., and Chelsea Meadows Condominium Association, Inc., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 5th day of October, 2011, the following described property set forth in that certain Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 23, 2011:
