NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated August 24, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2008-CA-4159-WS, DIVISION: J2, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-ASAP1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and ERIN CABAK A/K/A ERIN KRISTI CABAK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIN CABAK A/K/A ERIN KRISTI CABAK N/K/A ISACC CABAK, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR, HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL NETWORK, INC., HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF HUNTER'S LAKE, INC. are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 23rd day of September, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
