NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 14, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 41-2010-CA-007018, DIVISION: B, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein u.s. bank national association, as trustee for the registered holders of aegis asset backed securities trust, mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2005-5 is the Plaintiff, and Paul j. gentsch, ET AL., are Defendants.
I wills sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on the 22 day of September, 2011 on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
condominium parcel: building no. 18, unit 15, of the palms of cortez, a condominium, and being further described in that certain declaration of condominium recorded in o.r. book 2038, page 5178 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said declaration and condominium plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. all as recorded in the public records of manatee county, Florida.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
